Looking for Vincent Steven Porter

Am trying to get in contact with Vincent Steven Porter. Last I knew of him he was either in Oxford or Jamaica.

If anybody could forward me an address to send him some documents or offer to forward it on my behalf I would be grateful.

Hi,

I personally don't know you but my name is Cleopatra Julia Joyce Porter. I was born in Gibraltar on 28.08.76 to Vincent Steven Porter and Minerva Anne Lima. 
However, I do not know who my father is as he was only here for a limited time as he was in The Royal Green Jackets Second battalion. He was a rifle man as so it says in my birth certificate.
I was raised by my legal guardian  since my father could not take me with him due to army commitments. Hence, why i have seen your post in Google as I have been looking for him for the past 20 years but can't seem to find anything. 
The last i heard he left The Royal Green jackets in 1984...don't know anything else.
