Cheers mate- long time. no didn'nt see tez. hows he going?. Good for you mate glad to see things are lookin good for you. I'm a black cab driver in the old smoke, it's f""""king great my own boss and loads of dosh. I'm training same mate , but need a little help. Gained 1 1/2 stone in the last year but need to work hard on the upper bod more.
