On sunday 29th March i will be taking part in the silverstone half marathon with a household fridge strapped to my back to raise funds for the charity Help for Heroes. i took the idea from an ex colleague who carried a fridge a good few years ago now and thought it would be good to capture the publics eye and get sponsors. I did not think that ex jackets would need much encouragement to get on board, we all know what Help for Heroes stands and is indeed working towards. Some members have allready donated or even taken on fund raising themselves which is great. If you do not know me it does not matter-donate If you know me and do not like me - donate We were Green Jackets the day we enlisted and will be inside till we die. so sponsor me or one of the other fund raisers
