would i be able to have acess to a plug in point as i need a power point (normal socket) as i need a cpap mask if i can i will be coming down to the reunion with a caravan

You can get a unit that connects to the car battery and converts AC current into DC, and has a normal three pin plug socket for use with items such as yours.
Any decent camping shop or Halfords / Maccess, should stock these items.
