I am trying to trace an Insurance Company.
When we -1RGJ were in Celle - we had a series of presentations by a Rep from
Robert Lewis Insurance Consultants.

Some of us including me took out a policy and the Broker (Robert Lewis)
sign me up with "Welfare Insurance Coy Ltd"- April 1972

I have recently come accross the Policy and the Address for Welfare Insurance was in Leas Folkstone Kent.

I have searched the Internet but I can't find this Company.

Can anyone help - for instance did you take out a Policy?
or Do you know what happened to Welfare Insurance?
Or do you know if the Company was taken over?

It's a shot in the dark But you never know.

If you can help please e mail me on:  raysings@talk21.com

Cheers
Ray

If you search the internet there is a central organisation that holds the details of what company merged with whom etc. I think it is a Companies House in London
Also the Money Sections of the Sunday papers frequently refer to this problem and give  contact  details

Looks like Welfare Insurance Co Ltd has since been taken over by several companies and is now Friends Provident Pensions
