I am trying to trace Jimmy Green. I last saw him in 1972 when he was living in Portsmouth and employed as a driver for the Royal Navy. Jimmy served with 1GJ and 1 RGJ. He was in B Coy in Malaya in 62 and a member of the QMs staff from about 71 he left the Army from Celle. Any help in tracing Jim will be appreciated. Also glad to hear from any old friends.
Dickie After I left 2RGJ I too moved to Portsmouth and started work in the Naval base as a driver. Jimmy left the Naval base in the mid to late 70's to become a bus driver for Portsmouth Corporation, he was last known as living in the Southsea area but his current address is unkown as he never kept in contact with those that knew him. Had phone call out of the blue from Jimmy sometime ago. He got my number from my cousin in Portsmouth. No further contact. I am now living in sunny Spain.
