Hello, thanks for the info. I'm not sure that I ever heard Dave Mann referred to as Manny but that doesn't mean it never happened. All I can tell you is that Dave was with 3RGJ from about 81-88 and was in A Company 2 Platoon with a few of us on Facebook. He was definitely  from Sunderland because he was always telling us not to call him a geordie. See what your dad has to say, if it is him we'll glad of the steer. Thanks so far.

We haven't seen Davey for a while now but he was here in Colchester for a long time after he got out. He seemed to have settled down and didn't really talk much about the "old days" when we used to see him in town. I'll ask my hubby where it was he worked and let you know.
