Trying to trace any close relatives of John Keaney and Mick Boswell. Both served with 1RGJ and were killed in a road traffic accident in Northern Ireland in 1969. John was from the Birmingham area and I think Mick was from Oxfordshire. Can anybody who also knew them help?
Hi John I remember them both well. John played for the Battalion Rugby Team and other sports, he was well known and I remember the Road acident in 69. You should try the Royal Green Jackets on Facebook, there are plenty of his old mates on there, like Geordie Oats, Sandy Wells, Bob Beasley etc etc. Regards Ray
