Found Medal

A medal with Malay Peninsular and Borneo belonging to 23960732 Rfm J Simpson 3 RGJ has been found. Please help to find this guy and help him get his medal back. Email modurward@hotmail.com I am ex RA and know how important these things can be to the owner coz I did Borneo with 4th Regt RA in 1965.

A friend of my daughters is in possession of a General Service Medal with a Borneo Bar and a Malayan Peninsula Bar issued to the above named soldier. Have you tried the regimental musuem of the Royal Green jackets( now the Rifles) in Winchester,the ir Number is 01962828549, or pensions department as they might have an address of the x soldier. hope this helps

LOST GSM

I have just seen a post on facebook where someone is trying to reunite a medal with its recipient. It is a GSM with clasps 'Borneo' and 'Malay Peninsula'. It was awarded to 23960732 Rfn J Simpson, 3 RGJ. Any ideas??...
